Bob Yedid Senior Vice President

Bob brings 10 years of experience as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst, including having responsibility for all health care investing, at Principled Capital and Hillhouse Capital. His investment areas included medical devices, health care services, HCIT, pharmaceuticals and biotech. Before joining Principled, Bob was a Vice President at Warburg Pincus, one of the world's largest private equity/ venture capital firms, investing in health care companies and serving as a Board Member for The Medicines Company and Eurand. Prior to his investing career, Bob was Managing Director in the Health Care Finance Group at Bear Stearns & Co. , where he worked with numerous health care companies on IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, debt offerings and numerous merger and acquisition assignments, with an aggregate value of over $5 billion. Mr. Yedid was also Director at Citigroup in the Merger & Acquisition Group and Corporate Finance Group. Bob earned a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
