Jean Fontana Managing Director

Jean Fontana joined ICR in 2006 and is a senior member of the firm’s Retail Group, working with companies such as Body Central, Christopher & Banks, Francesca’s, Steve Madden, Vera Bradley, VF Corp and Wet Seal. She comes to ICR with over twelve years of capital markets experience, most recently as a senior equity analyst covering footwear and apparel at Lazard Capital Markets, LLC. Prior to joining Lazard she was vice president at Lehman Brothers in the structured finance group. Previously, she worked on a II ranked team in the food and drug retail group at Smith Barney, JP Morgan and ABN AMRO. Jean began her career as an account executive in the fashion apparel business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and an MBA from Fordham University.
