Jeremy Peruski Senior Vice President

Jeremy has lived in China since January 2004 and has in-depth financial experience having worked in business development, investment banking and venture capital roles for several leading firms. Prior to ICR, Jeremy was a co-founder of Welkin Media focused on consulting TMT-related companies. Earlier, he worked in Lenovo's corporate finance team in Beijing where he was in charge of establishing and running their global business development team. In addition, as a member of the corporate finance team he was responsible for identifying, conducting due diligence and negotiating with global M&A targets. Prior to moving to China, Jeremy worked for the boutique investment bank, Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., as a Vice President for over 6 years. Jeremy graduated from Michigan State University and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University School of Business.
