Joseph Teklits Senior Managing Director

Joe joined ICR in 2006 and heads the Retail Group which works with more than 60 consumer companies in capacities ranging from investor relations and strategic communications consulting, IPO and public-company advisory, fully-outsourced investor relations, and public relations support. Since joining ICR, Joe has worked on a number of IPOs including J.Crew, lululemon, rue21, Vera Bradley, Teavana, Francesca's Collections, Body Central, Town Sports International, Tumi, Tilly's, and Golfsmith. Prior to joining ICR, Joe spent ten years on Wall Street as a research analyst covering primarily retailers as well as apparel & footwear companies and was a four-time Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst. From 2001 to 2006, he was a Managing Director and Senior Retail Analyst at Wachovia Securities where his team covered more than 30 stocks. During Joe's tenure, Wachovia underwrote a number of retail equity offerings including Aeropostale, Under Armour, Zumiez, Volcom, New York & Co., Charlotte Russe, and Citi Trends.
