Tim has served as the head of ICR's technology group since he joined the firm in 2003. In this role, he has advised dozens of technology companies throughout their IPO process (i.e., Qlik Technologies), secondary offerings (i.e., Synchronoss), M&A announcements (i.e., Sourcefire) and business model changes (i.e., AspenTech). His IR work includes both large cap companies (i.e., Salesforce.com, Red Hat) as well as small cap companies (i.e., Constant Contact, Kenexa).
Prior to joining ICR, Tim spent a decade on Wall Street, primarily with Deutsche Bank (inc. Alex. Brown & Sons and BT Alex. Brown), where he was a top rated analyst covering the software sector. Tim's achievements included being named to the Institutional Investor (II) All-American Research team, Global II All-American Research team, #1 rated software analyst by the Wall Street Journal, and a top 5 analyst by both Reuters and the Greenwich poll. Tim's in-depth understanding of the technology sector and stock market activity made him a sought after expert for industry round table panels, media outlets such as CNBC and the Wall Street Journal, and keynote speeches at technology user group events. Tim graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Accounting and Investments.
