ICR

Asia Case Study

Situation

This small-cap Internet infrastructure service provider in China retained ICR six weeks prior to it's NASDAQ listing to assist with corporate positioning, growth strategy, IR infrastructure, and to create an IPO Roadshow Video.

Strategy & Tactics

Initially, ICR reviewed industry and competitor reports to understand the investment thesis for the Company from a U.S. institutional investor's perspective. The due diligence allowed ICR to position the Company in a manner that was simple and clear for investors to grasp and value.

The IPO Roadshow Video script was drafted within one week. Video and editing wrapped within two weeks. A crisp, compelling final version was ready within three weeks. To handle aftermarket demands, ICR created the Company's IR infrastructure, including an ongoing Q&A document, disclosure policy, IR website content, marketing calendar, marketing documents, sell-side and buy-side outreach plans, and earnings season plans.

Results

ICR's efforts were critical to improving U.S. institutional investor understanding of China's unique Internet infrastructure and its inherent problems. This understanding—and the substantial advantages of the Company's business and business model—enabled investors to properly value the Company and its unique and powerful role in enhancing China's Internet infrastructure.
