The world’s leading provider of on-demand transaction management software platforms retained ICR to help the company prepare for its IPO and serve as its on-going IPO partner.

Strategy & Tactics

Leverage ICR’s experience in investment banking, equity research and investor relations as it relates to preparing private companies for pre-IPO sessions and roadshow execution ICR quickly got up to speed on the company’s story, financial model, forecasting process and sales funnel and developed a strong messaging foundation to support the Company throughout the IPO process and as its fully outsourced IR partner post-IPO.

Results

The Company’s stock price is up over 300% from the time of its IPO in 2006. ICR initially expanded sell-side coverage from three original banking analysts to over 10 sell-side analysts. In 2010, the Company successfully executed a secondary transaction, raising over $100 million in net proceeds and adding a new bulge bracket and growth bank sponsorship as compared to the company’s IPO. That same year, ICR also advised the Company through its first major acquisition as a public company and supported the transaction via script development, press releases, updated investor presentations, and ongoing disclosure policy. ICR also helped the Company maintain a high level of visibility and sponsorship during a challenging time period following pull back in Apple iPhone related revenue during 2008.
