With over 20 years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to public and private companies, Joy specializes in coaching/training CEOs and executive team members for national business media interviews, IPO Road Shows, conference keynotes, stakeholder communications, and more. Clients have included leaders of such prominent companies as Acushnet Holdings (GOLF), American Eagle Outfitters (AEO), Chicos FAS (CHS), Fred Segal, e.l.f. As Managing Director, Joy is responsible for leading ICR’s firm-wide professional development initiative, building strategic learning experiences, and providing one-to-one and group coaching support to team members across the organization. She earned her coaching certification in 2010 from Leadership that Works and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
