Kellie Kerwin

Senior Vice President

Kellie has more than 17 years of public relations experience spanning corporate communications, crisis communications and consumer media relations for national public and private brands in the retail, restaurant, health and wellness, lifestyle and entertainment industries. She began her career at ICR working closely with business and financial media taking companies public and building brand awareness of rapidly growing private corporations. Five years into her time at ICR, Kellie was interested in learning the ropes of consumer and entertainment PR, which led her to spend a year working in house at WWE alongside Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon and Chief Marketing Officer Michelle Wilson. She played an instrumental role in launching the company’s first ever anti-bullying campaign ‘be a STAR,’ broke barriers by helping to reshape how talent was classified and portrayed throughout the media and on television, as well as assisted with the launch of the WWE Network. Kellie eventually made her way back to ICR as part of an entirely new division for the company – offering consumer PR services and support to clients for the first time in the firm’s history, which included partnerships, integrations, events, grand openings, product launches and seeding, and social media/influencer programs. Kellie eventually moved into a consulting role with ICR for several years to be more present with her three young kids and during that time, she launched her own PR firm that supported female-owned, local small businesses in Greenwich, CT, where she currently resides. Never far away, Kellie officially rejoined ICR full-time in the fall of 2022 to continue her passion for strategic media relations, promoting businesses and products, connecting people and brands, keeping an eye on the ever-changing media landscape and storytelling. She was named a ’40 Under 40’ award winner by the Fairfield County Business Journal in May 2022, is actively involved in numerous local charitable organizations from both a committee and co-chair standpoint and writes a monthly editorial article for Greenwich Lifestyle Magazine. Kellie graduated cum laude from St. John’s University in Queens, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts and Business. In her free time, she enjoys Zumba, coaching youth cheerleading and spending time with her family.
