Transaction/Crisis Communications
crisis & issues management
While crises are not planned, they absolutely can be anticipated and prepared for. ICR brings deep experience to helping companies asses risks, plan and prepare for all contingencies and, where necessary, manage those crises. Our approach focuses on three categories of crisis support:
- Crisis Planning – We conduct a comprehensive vulnerability assessment to determine potential scenarios and develop contingency plans with complete communications materials for each potentiality. We also help companies establish crisis teams and develop internal processes and protocols.
- Crisis Simulation – The best way to prepare for a crisis is to actually experience one. By creating realistic scenarios and responding in turn, we identify the strengths and weaknesses in the internal systems to ensure they are sound when the real crises occur.
- Crisis Management – We work hand-in-hand with senior management to respond to emergent events, helping define, develop and deliver the communications that will meet the needs of all key stakeholders.
