Investor Relations
investment community audit
Comprised of former equity analysts, ICR is uniquely positioned to approach the investment community as peers rather than PR agents. This allows us to receive unfiltered information because we speak the same language as analysts, we understand their job and how they are compensated, and we can easily converse on valuation and positioning.
A corporate officer, on the other hand, is likely to receive a more “political” response from an analyst or portfolio manager because critical feedback is rarely conveyed (as it can jeopardize access, the “lifeblood” of Wall Street). We take this feedback and integrate the information into earnings releases, conference call scripts and other financial communications to ensure management is well educated, not only with regard to Wall Street’s perception of its position and performance, but its peer group as well. This is an ongoing process that enables ICR to provide the company with constant feedback from the financial markets.
