- A minimum of three years of media relations and/or corporate communications experience, particularly with a focus on financial communications

Investor Relations Associate
ICR is seeking well rounded, detail oriented, team members to fill Associate-level positions targeting investment centers in North America, Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities include:
- Support senior professionals within ICR
- Organize investor visits
- Organize conference participation and web casts
- Assist clients with conference call logistics
- Issue press releases
- Manage vendor relationships
- Plan events
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and pitch documents
- Arrange travel & maintain group calendars
- Actively support shareholder intelligence effort
- Provide assistance in monitoring competitive landscapes
Job Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in a fast moving, detail oriented office environment
- Understanding of the equity markets a plus
- Able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision
- Pro-active, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal & verbal / written communication skills
- Confident and professional in phone communication
- Computer skills a must (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Foreign Language skills (particularly Asian languages) a plus

Senior Investor Relations Associate
ICR is seeking well rounded, detail oriented, team members to fill Senior Associate-level positions targeting investment centers in North America, Europe and Asia.

- Manage shareholder intelligence effort
- Organize investor presentations
- Interaction as needed with buy and sell side community
- Advise members of clients under the supervision of VPs or MDs
- Manage research effort involving client’s competitive landscape
- Gather market feedback under supervision of VPs/MDs
- Organize investor visits
