An increasing number of investors on each side of the Atlantic are looking for new opportunities to invest in companies based on foreign soil – particularly companies based in Europe and the U.S.  And as this trend continues, ICR is continually looking for new and unique ways to break into the European markets to help those companies strategically position themselves to potential U.S. investors. At the same time, ICR is providing its U.S. clients an opportunity to increase their exposure to European investors in a compelling and efficient format. 

As an important next step in building relationships within the European markets, ICR recently joined Piper Jaffray in sponsoring a Retail, Footwear & Apparel Conference on October 11, 2006, in London, England.  This event served as a kick-off event for our future Europe XChange conference series, which, similar to our other XChange conferences, will serve many sectors of the financial and business communities throughout the U.S. and E.U.

Our initial event with Piper Jaffray was a great success with more than 100 high-caliber investors (about half U.S.-based and half U.K.-based) and several high-profile retail and apparel companies in attendance.
